Scott Salisbury Homes promised that we would get excellence and attention to detail on our $1m+ renovation. They even wanted to put our home into the MBA Awards.
Our nightmare started from the day we moved in. The following list is only a portion of what went wrong.
5 General Managers in 7 years and as many supervisors. No continuity.
Unlicensed supervisors and trades a number of times.
At least a dozen attempts to repair roof defects over a few years.
Cracking BlueBoard despite being promised it wouldn’t happen. Had to be totally replaced on the front façade.
Feature wall render cracking

We had the absolute pleasure in being part of my sister's "intimate cooking class" (by Sprout) gifted to her & partner Peter for the completion of their beautiful new Scott Salisbury home.
We congratulate Scott Salisbury for providing us as guests (10 people) with such an amazing experience as a gift.
Sprout Cooking Class were simply amazing 10/10!!!!!
This is a builder who knows how to look after his clients. If we ever build again, it will be with Scott Salisbury for sure.

A very good friend of mine is having an absolute nightmare experience with this builder. Almost 2 years and her home still isn't close to being finished. Problem after problem. Don't even know where to start with it all. DO NOT go with this builder. For such a reputable builder, it appears as though they have no regard for their customers and run their own race. Stear clear!

The sales consultant promised us SSH could build a custom house and that all the options we asked for would be in the contract, at the end of the day she gave us a contract that did not contain the features we requested and these were to be costed/quoted at selections AFTER we signed a contract, I even got an email from her with AFTER underlined because i must be stupid. I would recommend you ensure everything you want is quoted up front and also ensure the energy rating is done before you sign to avoid variations. The contract listed many items as XXXX or equivalent, you can imagine what equivalent
