We are writing this review to say a big thank you to Joel, Nathan and the boys for completing our deck. Work was initially started by another builder, with whom we were not happy. We contacted Joel and he could not have been more helpful. Within a week our deck is done, and we absolutely love it. The craftmanship is beautiful and all of Joel’s… recommendations on material and design have exceeded our expectations. This on a challenging site with a very steep slope and the house built on stilts with an 8m drop in places. Hills and City Constructions is a highly professional setup. They
