Loved our build so far, Oakford has been so helpful and prompt with all our planning and selections and have made building a house a little bit easier. I'm sure when built we will appreciate the quality of our home much more than the standard multibuild cheap places bring thrown up by other builders.

This was our first new home.
This was a great experience from the point we met with steve from the sales office to selections which had a huge selection to choose from then finishing up getting the keys from Neil who was realy organised getting my house finished right up to hand over i couldnt of asked for better service it was excellent.
I had a custom design build with a few changes to the plan and the end result was exactly how i wanted it with next to nothing left to do but put a lawn and washline my back yard. There was No hidden costs only extra cost i had were extra add ons my wife and

The process was great, until you get in to contract. Then there's all the time stuff they never told you. Thousands of dollars later, over budget, over schedule and no communication except for bills sent to me. I can only hope I get a house out of it that I could live in at some point. In the mean time I have to find accommodation for my family because they are four months behind, at least!

Although we didnt end up building with Oakford, we had a brilliant experience with them in the designing and quoting of our new home. Kimberly (their consultant) went over and above in her efforts to make sure we were happy and looked after. At every step, she checked in and talked to us about what we wanted and how. We asked for many design revisions and nothing was too much trouble. Their quote was very reasonable compared to others and included a higher specification than most homes of the same price. We talked directly to several people who had built their homes with Oakford and without exception
