Absolutely awful experience. To be screwed over by a builder then be let down by a lawyer was costly and heartbreaking. Based on other reviews the firm’s principal may herself be great, and certainly her sales pitch was great, but beware the small print that says another lawyer may be handling your file. The lawyer I ended up with appeared more concerned with filling her emails with legal disclaimers than actually pulling all the pieces together to secure a good commercial outcome for her client. Very poor communication. I’m a big fan of emails, but occasionally you’ve also got to get on
