We are an integrated Psychology & Wellbeing Centre, offering services within the psychological fields. We work with adolescents and adults using solution-orientated Positive Psychology and Mindfulness theories to build strengths, strategies and tools to enable better health and wellbeing. Our Centre and practitioners operate from a conscious compassionate point of view with all our clients.

We work holistically as a team when required. We believe in providing a safe, welcoming environment where you can feel at home and comfortable engaging in any of the therapies, classes, workshops or events that you attend. If you arrive early, we are happy for you to take advantage of the peaceful and calm environment to relax and have a cup of tea.
Services
Our focus on mindful Psychology and Wellbeing at the Centre 4 Inspiration offers a broad integrated spectrum of services within the psychological field. We work from a creative, intuitive client centered stance to facilitate development, growth and wellbeing in our clients. Our aim is to help our clients to thrive and we encourage through our communal events a sense of community and belonging.
This is related to the psychological impact of ageing, pain, illness or chronic conditions. Situational depression or anxiety or compliance issues are very common in this category. This is not limited to the person going through the challenge but can also apply to significant carers or family members.
Stress to most of us is a fact of life and many of us understand that there is healthy stress and unhealthy stress. Each person's stress thermometer is different and some people have a lower resilience to stressful events than others. Stress begins with perception - how you perceive and appraise a situation.
Our ability to sleep is an innate skill, however due to circumstances and physiological changes we can often find ourselves in a position where we no longer feel in charge of our sleep. We end up chasing our tails trying numerous remedies, medications and behaviours which sometimes end up making it worse!
Re-Program your Brain and come off Autopilot: 6 week Course to improve your wellbeing in all areas of your life! Courses run during school term dates. Start dates are dependent on numbers with a minimum of 6 participants and a maximum of 10. Classes are held either on a Saturday morning or Monday evening.
