Services
If approaching Byron Bay from the North off the pacific Highway we are on the first round-a-bout in Byron, across the road from the Police Station and Caltex Service Station. If coming into Byron from the South and you are travelling the coast road from Ballina we are on the west side of the main Lawson & Jonson Street round-a-bout.

Would give 0 stars if possible. Bathroom door was broken when we arrived, lost our bond because of a claim we did the damage. Abusive manager tried to evict us at midnight as he did to many of the other guest while we were there. Extremely unaccommodating and would not recommend this place to anyone.

Stay far far away. Won’t accommodate for travel restrictions. Appalling customer services. Claims nothing is his problem. It’s the customers fault they have been in lockdown. Someone with this much anger and frustration towards their customers shouldn’t be in this field. (Ashley) the lease is ending so they are gathering as much money as they can. Thank me later.

Another victim of this company charging me the full booking cost and not willing to accommodate changes needed due to travel restrictions. In the midst of a pandemic where we have all been impacted maybe trying to work with people would be better for your business than being rude, aggressive and happily taking our money. Beyond disappointed.

We stayed here a few years ago & had no reason not to recommend it to anyone until now. We made a booking just before the Sydney covid lockdown came in. I called the property & spoke with the relief Manager. He altered the dates for us but we did not choose those dates. He said, let's see how it goes. As soon as I knew these dates wouldn't work, I spoke with him again. This time the new dates were my choice.
Unfortunately it appears highly likely that the lockdown will still be in force for the dates I chose.
I called the property again today speaking to a "lady" who bluntly refused to change

Don't stay here!!! We were really disappointed when we checked in. It was old and tired-nothing ike the photos. On top of it all, my partner is allergic to dust mites and it was apparent that they were dust mites here!!! She started to break out in hives and when we asked for a refund. They refused to even give part of out money back!!

Due to COVID-19 situation we couldn't go to Bayron Bay to have our holidays. Sadly Victoria closed the border at that moment, we cancelled the booking but we didn't realise this Motel hadn't had free fee policy cancellation. They took more than 75% of the total of our booking (more than $1,8k). We called to try to rebook or change our booking dates, but all the staff was very rude and impolite.
They didn't give any good option or opportunity to help us, just took our money. We couldn't get our money back, we couldn't have a great holidays, and please guys, never ever go to that place. Never share

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE
Owner couldn’t be more unhelpful if he tried.
We had a booking to stay at this hotel on 5/1/21 - 10/1/21. We are from Victoria. Obviously with the change in regulations with Victorians travelling to NSW we are unable to get there. We contacted the hotel owner who couldn’t care at all. We didn’t want our money back all we wanted was to re book the dates so we could go. The owner didn’t give us that option and couldn’t be more unreasonable about the situation. We then contacted booking.com who it was booked through.
