The history of how we got started in the industry is vastly different to most.because of the uniqueness of our history, we'd like to share our story. A Perfect Stay's founder, Sonya Brien, was a stay-at-home mum of two little ones. Her husband, Garth, has always been a fit, energetic surfer who, like Sonya, grew up in the Byron Bay region.

Brilliant Company. l booked over the phone a few months ago to stay at the Mahalo House, the ladies were extremely friendly and helpful. Really great value for money and l would highly recommend anyone to book… with PerfectStay.We usually book through Airbnb, not anymore! The service, little extras and communication was first class and house was just wonderful. The house was styled beautifully, and the welcome note and instructions were thoughtful and informative. We definitely can't wait to book again for the Easter break.

I do not recommend booking any property managed by #aperfectstay #byronbayholidayrentals. This company is not very helpful, their customer service standards have gone downhill and they treat their guests with contempt.
I have previously booked accommodation through #aperfectstay #byronbayholidayrentals several times including a stay at Mi Casa and… Su Casa a few times. A stay at one of their properties used to include a welcome drink and bathroom products but not anymore.

We just stayed at Bluewater House Byron. Holiday if with young Adults, the house was perfect for everyone to have space, as the layout is great. Stunning house with a cool luxurious feel. Bikes provided so we all enjoyed a quick bike ride into town. A minute stroll to a stunning beach and a 10 min stroll to Byron centre, the location is perfect. A Pool side that you will not want to leave. We all had one of our best holidays

Nicole is the most unprofessional person I've ever dealt with. Worst company to deal with after you've stayed at the property, all they want is your money and the behaviour from Nicole was absolutely horrendous. Take note and spend your money elsewhere, give it to a company who actually value you as a customer.
