While having a short stay in warmish Darwin we started to have problems with
our Dometic A/C remotes in our motor home i rang around and finally got CTM Refrigeration in Winnellie ( dometic service ) on the phone the receptionist was very helpful and knew exactly what i explained to her re the remotes, she said to come by with them and the service manager will look into it for me.. i was close by and there quickly i spoke to Pedro and he took my remote and went out the back shortly he was back with another remote he said to try this older version it was just like mine i went back to the van park

Just had all 3 of my aircons thoroughly cleaned in time for build up/wet season.
Maria who did the booking originally was extremely professional and helpful and able to quote me straight away. She also booked in a day and time that suited me which was awesome.
Josh and Josh rocked up on time and were extremely professional, friendly and thorough. ( cleaned up after themselves and it is like they were never here )
Aircons are cooling amazingly and I cannot recommend them highly enough.
will definately use them again.
