By far the worst company I have used. Disgusting customer service by the owner, Steve, and even worse treatment of women. I will never support this behaviour, there are far better local businesses worthy of my business. It's not worth the hassle, they are nice to your face when you're spending money, but completely different when it comes to after-sales 'service'. The owner has become far too arrogant for his own good, and openly refuses to come out to warranty jobs because he "doesn't need the business", regardless of consumer rights - which he has no interest in.
