He owned and co-directed a large residential real estate company employing up to 40 people in the Northern Territory.
John sold this business looking for a lifestyle change and became employed by a major international franchise company in 2000. John was employed as the NSW Franchise Manager and in 2001 was appointed the National Franchise Manager where he stayed until 2005. John then joined his life partner to manage the rural sector of her two real estate offices she owned in the Hunter Valley.

Just to let you know we are more than happy with the work carried out by HydroKleen. The technician is wonderful to deal with and has been very helpful, making us aware of how important it is to have the air conditioners HydroKleened & sanitised. Obviously the difficult part is convincing Landlords they need to spend the money to ensure tenants are breathing clean air and also the longevity of the air con units.
A. In most cases the coil is probably dirty - especially if it has never been cleaned. If the temperature falls down a few degrees after cleaning then the problem was simply "it needed cleaning". If not it may require refrigerant. A. In most cases it is probably very dirty and therefore the airflow is inhibited.

Steve has been doing the seasonal cleaning/disinfect/deodorise of my aircondition for the last 3 years. He is reliable, courteous and extremely professional. The whole system is cleaned and the result is a quiet and efficient AC.

We've had Lee out for our annual service a few years now, and can't recommend him enough. With a seven month old baby and an 8 yr old air con system installed by previous owner, the peace of mind of knowing we don't have nasty mould blowing through the joint is well worth the tiny cost each year alone. Plus, Lee has helped us out with a misbehaving unit in record time - all in the busiest part of his year. Definitely makes a tangible difference.

Brisbane West Hydrokleen tech failed to tighten a flange nut after an a/c service last year. This resulted in a leak which went undetected until we went to use the unit recently. We have been quoted $800 to regas and test the unit. I figured mistakes happen, and presumably it would be an easy problem to fix under their "no leak promise" warranty. WRONG. They refuse to rectify the issue and said repairing the unit for free would be "bad for business". Newsflash, so is breaking people's property in the first place. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Really disappointing, we have previously been loyal customers

I had my aircon cleaned by Hydrokleen and after a day it started to not blow cold air after being on for 15 minutes. I called them up and was told this was "coincidence" and there was nothing they could do to fix this. Nor would they even have someone come out to have a look before giving their opinion that it was "coincidence". Hydrokleen did however refer me to someone who could take a look at it (at my own expense) but they can't make it out to me for another week. Looks like a very HOT weekend for me! Will not be recommending or using this service again unless rectified.
