The Fidget Client Portal is where we store all the information related to your file that we are currently working on. Lee at Fidget was brilliant for us. We had some issues with another broker we were using, which at one point was threatening to lose us a house we were keen on. Within 48 hours of contacting Lee, he had our application completed and sent in, and a few days later, it was approved.
Not only that, but any queries or questions we had for Lee over the course of settlement were quickly answered, putting us at ease and comfort for what can be a daunting process at first.

I used fidget a few months ago for my first ever home purchase, and I'm so happy that I did. Lee came recommended by another colleague after my frustrations of not being able to get a result on multiple attempts with a number of brokers. He came through with a result quickly and on our terms! He listened to what we wanted and needed and was happy to work through multiple options and scenarios. I had my loan done with Lee a few years ago but I can still remember the excellent service he provided. He was very professional and made everything so easy for me to get my loan. Taking out mortgage can be quite overwhelming for some especially if you've never done it before. So dealing with someone like Lee can really help remove all the stress.
