I used Chris Berry from Find a Better Rate and honesty couldn’t have asked for a better experience. This is my 5th time buying a property and Chris made the whole process much easier than I’ve found it before. My situation is a bit complicated and a few brokers had been unable to help me to achieve my goals and the one (other than Chris) that could was going to cost me tens of thousands more in interest even just in the first year of my loan due to them having less knowledge and understanding of what options are available. I would recommend Chris to anyone wanting to purchase a home either
