Emily Larsen has been the property manager I've communicated with during the latter part of my tenancy at the Gungahlin Property. She's very responsive, attentive and supportive. I had her respond to my reference requests with my new property in Adelaide without any drama. The process of finding a new tenant to my property, getting my bond returned, and final inspection all went smooth without a hassle. Georgia has been fantastic managing my property. It only took 4 days listed to find and sign a tenant. Her communication is fast and she has attended to all of my enquiries and needs promptly. Thanks to her management renting out my apartment has been hassle free. We have leased out our rental property through Independent Property Managers for14 years. They have always done a good job finding tenants for the property and managing the apartment on our behalf. Most recently, they leased out the property in Kingston Foreshore for us again after some long term tenants moved on. Georgia Hall was the leasing agent and she did an excellent jobs securing for us highly suitable tenants in a short period of time.
