This is the most disgusting company I've ever come across. Asked for the price for a particular treatment and was told it would be "upwards of $100" depending on the length of the hair. I told them the person's hair was very short and they still said they wouldn't give a quote until they went in to the salon. Why? Just so they can charge extortionate prices when you get there. Extremely rude staff. Hung up on me twice because I insisted on getting a price. No other hairdresser behaves like this. You don't deserve to be running a business in this brilliant city. I love getting my hair done at this salon descendants on here and I wouldn't go anywhere else had any problems with my hair being breaking off because of the bleach my hair was so short in spots but these girls can work wonders on hairthqtt you really didn't think would grow again that's my hair is proved that these extensions that the girls do really make your hair grow back

I’m really disappointed with my experience. I was looking forward to my first ever hair extension experience and i walked out so upset. I drove 45 minutes for a consultation, only to sit there for 5 minutes getting a quote of $500 (and a little more depending on your hair, she said).. Isn’t a consultation meant for an accurate quote..???
So i booked for the following week. I sat down, she told me it would take 1-1.5 hours. Was very rough with my hair, and halfway through doing it told me it would cost me $750, well i couldn’t walk out with a half done head so i agreed.. Almost 4 hours later

This place is an absolute nightmare!! it was such a painful experience, I had beautiful thick hair before coming to this shop and after nearly all of my hair is gone and i have thin hair, the women who did my hair are unexperienced!! they excessively pulled on my hair so much now its so thin! i asked for extensions because i have short shoulder length hair, they are supposed to braid that hair back but the left it out and just put the hair on top of it! it looks so unnatural i looked like a laughing stock. AND IT COST ME $300. on the phone they promised it would cost $100. These people are SCAMMERS

After an inadvertent hair incident whereby my hair went from long to short, my hair has now regrown looking healthy and strong. The expert treatment and professional assessment I received on the first day I attended the salon when I was distressed was reassuring. The high quality extensions perfectly matched and the weave looked 100% natural. Since you don't seem to be responding to other methods of communication, I'm unfortunately having to resort to leaving you a review. This is my hair a week after being permanently dreadlocked by your staff. As you can see at least half of the dreads are no longer locks. One side of the dreads has been done blunted style and the other side is coming apart.
I'm completely disappointed by your work. I'd like a refund of my $750, unless you feel that the photos are a representation of the service you offer, so I can go somewhere else and have your work fixed.

Connie and the girls are very knowledgeable about hair extensions, hair weaving and hair care. It's a one stop shop. I was able to purchase excellent quality hair as well as have it installed. So happy and delighted with the results Zuzu did an amazing job!! Edna was helped me find the hair that suited me best!! All in all it was a lovely experience.

I got a full head of braids, 6 hours, which wizzed past quickly, laughing & joking with the ladies. Usually more than 1 lady will do them, which would lessen the time. I'm very happy with the job done. Would suggest making a 10am appointment if you wanted to not have to wait, even with booking, later in the day. Great Job, I'll be back. The hair extensions are great quality and look amazing, I witnessed a couple of heads being beautified.

If I could give these people -10 stars....soooooooo unprofessional. Just ( 1 ) week ago I had a ( 360 lace I ) by one of the stylists. I explain my hair history in the consultation. I'm also a hairdresser so discussed with her how to go about doing my cornrows.she gave me the speel...how long she's been doing it for black bla. (1 ) week later I have BUMPS all the way around my hairline where my hair has been snatched off. I called the owner for a refund and she said " NO REFUND...SHE DIDN'T BRAID YOUR HAIR TOO TIGHT "... I'm appalled I paid $250. I RECCOMEND not going
