Came in and asked for an Olaplex treatment. Got water downed Olaplex instead.
The stylist literally went up to the owner and I overheard that they “ran out of Olaplex” and the owner told her to “add a ton of water to what’s leftover and use that”.
The stylist looked uncomfortable but did it anyways. This is truly a first as I’m paying for a premium product.
No doubt the owner created her own product line to further cut costs.

I booked in to get a half head balayage with Abby. Even though she was very friendly, ultimately I was not happy with the results. While we discussed that a more natural look would be suitable, the results of any colour were barely noticeable.
I even called back to see if there was anything more could be done, as I explained that i wasn’t satisfied. They could only suggest coming back in to do more sessions, requiring me to spend even more money to fix it.
I essentially spent $190 for two very small light stripes on the sides of my head. Very disappointing experience, I do not recommend this

Thanks for yet another incredible haircut Levi!!! Popping past this wonderful salon is always the highlight of my month, as the service and quality Levi provides is always the best in Melbourne. A cold beer, some great conversation and a great haircut, what more could you want?!? If you haven't already, be sure to get down here and check this Salon out, I've been coming here for years and I've never been disappointed. Thanks again Levi, i'll see you in a few weeks :)

The best place to get your hair done. I came in for a consultation with the owner Abby who made me feel comfortable and at ease soon as I walked in the door. She’s professional extremely talented and friendly. After this I was Happy to book in my new hairdo appointment with Abby and more than happy with my hair colour and style. My Blonde hair is finally perfect. I love it so much.
All the stylist smiled and said hello to me, it was friendly upbeat and overall a comfortable salon to visit that I will be referring all my friends to. Abby has a wonderful team at Vogue, I can’t wait to see you

Not normally one to leave a review however I couldn't be happier with the level of service that was provided. I walked in on my day off after my existing hairdresser in the area cancelled on me without any notice!
Abby managed to fit me in between two other appointments and was extremely accommodating to to exactly what I was after. As a male it can be hard to find a hairdresser that knows how to do a good fade! I will definitely be back. Thanks again Abby

I had my hair coloured and cut with Levi today. My first time in 5 years being a brunette and I'm absolutely in love with my new healthy locks. She is just the most lovely person and a very talented hairdresser. I couldn't be happier with the look and new found health of my hair. I will most definitely be going back. Thanks Vogue Avenue 😘

I had a wonderful first experience at Vogue Avenue this afternoon. Abby was extremely knowledgeable around exactly what treatment my hair required and brought my dry damaged hair back to life. The team were so friendly and the environment very relaxing!! Abby did a wonderful job on restyling my hair and I left the salon feeling wonderful (which doesn't happen very often!!)
