Recently celebrated my 70th birthday with 14 friends and family in the private room, so glad we chose this restaurant, everything was perfect. Venue, food and staff were all top notch, everyone had a great night. Truly a night to remember thanks to the owners and staff.

Friends Restaurant is a good restaurant which is worth a visit.
Food: 5 out of 5. The food is nice, not to say amazing, but it is good enough to give five star. The taste of the spatchock is delicate. From my personal experience, I think the cooking of the steak is better than the Meat & Wine's. Soufflé is not a bad choice for the dessert after the dinner.
Environment: 5 out of 5. The dinning environment is good. It could be a romantic place for couples to have a dating.

Absolutely amazing in every way!! The food was divine!! We had the 8 course meal it was 100% worth it all the dishes were cooked perfectly some of the best food we have had especially the lamb rack. The service was lovely everyone was so kind and welcoming. Will definitely be going again.

Unfortunately, I haven't had a great experience at Friends and I wouldn't recommend this restaurant. I've ordered a fillet of beef (medium) and my friend (medium rare). Both of our steaks were overcooked. I've talked to the staff and told and showed them it was overcooked. They took my plate away and said they will take it to the kitchen. A few minutes later a "new" steak arrived. It was exactly same steak just dipped in a sauce and arranged so it looked like a new steak. It was exactly same shape, cut in the middle and on the edge so I knew it was the same steak. No one came to check if this

Wonderful, elite restaurant. The degustation menus are legendary and delicious! Clyde and Lesley have presided over the best dining room in Perth for decades and they continue to deliver outstanding food with… superb service! Ambiance is stunningly elegant, while the wines compliment each dish. It’s our go-to for any special occasion (or any occasion we can proclaim to be special to give us an excuse for a very special night out)!

First visit here for My wife’s Birthday. The service is authentic and very friendly and fun, without being intrusive. The food is a treat, and of high quality. Last night was definitely an experience for my partner and myself. We had never been to fine dining/ high class restaurant before, we felt so out of place BUT the food was amazing. My partner had the lobster and I had the kangaroo. We were given a few complimentary appetisers. Highlight was the soft shell crab 🦀 appetiser. We also ordered the abalone starter which was nice.
The wine selection is incredible. My partner wishes you to extended you whiskey range.
