1. Lost my booking
2. Quoted $350 to me but quoted $250 to another group member
3. Fruit is not food and cannot be chosen as part if the $50 food voucher that came with booking the room.
4. Food was terrible.
5. The whole place smelled like a grandmas musty flat.
6. The carpet that was so filthy you could barely tell it was carpet, my shoes were sticking to it..
7. The song list was terrible! The lyrics on screen were out of sync with the music.
8. Byo which was fine if you purchase your soft drinks there.... but at $20 for a 1.25l... what an absolute joke!!!

For just a supplied room the cost is ridiculous. The songs are lacking and either the lyrics are wrong, the time of the words doesn’t match up with the music or the music itself just skips while it tries to catch up. You can obviously tell that they have just tried to guess the lyrics and put them in.

This place is horrible, and the worst is no more alcohol licensing! We‘ve walked in and being allocated to a room that they didn‘t fix the speaker and the screen last night(one of the staff told us that)Could you imagine like you have to pay $250 for a small room with BYO, and no foods and drinks included？！ The microphones didn't work well at all！ Very frustrated, and we ended up with paying almost $500 for everything! We even pay for the food that we didn't even order ! Not very happy at all for OVERALL SERVICE

Worst place ever. For $700 u get a small dingy room unavailable drinks on drinks list, expensive warm alcohol served eventually & yes expect to be charged for tap water that’s if, u can get them to bring u some. Owners & manager should be shot and place closed down, something u’d expect in a 3rd world country for maybe $70 not in Australia, feel sorry for the poor workers. Unacceptable venue!!

They messed up my booking and sold me a small room as a medium room. On top of that ate my sister's birthday cake WITHOUT CONSENT!
I rang a week ago on 1/9/17 to book for a room for 5 for the 8/9/17. On 7/9/17, I was informed by my sister that there are more people coming. i rang them at 9:15pm on 7/9/17, to change my booking to a medium room and asked her how many people could fit into a medium room. She said 8 to 12. I m alike great. She reconfirm with me saying Rachel Friday night medium room. I said Sweet and hang up.
When i turn up she told me there is no medium room and i booked for a small
