As you know we have had some issues with our property at 11/18 Boronia Street, Wollstonecraft. Since the issue with the deck was resolved, Andrea has worked tirelessly to secure good tenants. Eventually, she managed to secure tenants for 6 months, but they unfortunately gave early notice which caused Andrea to have to seek new tenants.

My husband and I had rented our properties through various estate agents. Marriott Lane Estate and our leasing agent Matthew Hanlon takes care of all of them now. Matthew is extremely professional, responsive and helpful when issues arise . Problems that are raised are addressed promptly and with care. I can see and appreciate that he seeks to get the best outcome for both the tenants and owners.

Marriott Lane was the rental agency for my unit in Roseville. I worked with Shant and I can’t commend him enough for the understanding and professionalism he delivered. I had almost no issues while in my unit but the times I did have to reach out to Shant, he was responsive and helpful. Great experience to work with him as not all rental agencies are this way.

Matthew kept us apprised about available appointments for the rental properties we enquired about and went out of his way to assist us to inspect a property on his day off. Everything went very smoothly and the service was very professional. From deciding the rent price to getting guidance on all the aspects of the renting process. Stephen was extremely helpful in our purchase. We were tenants of the property we bought and he did a fantastic job not only of the negotiating but was also open and transparent about the vendors expectations and how best to negotiate. He kept us up to date the whole time but we never felt any pressure to make decisions - which was super helpful when so much money is involved! He respected our privacy as it was an off market purchase and genuinely celebrated with us once the cooling off period was complete!
