Our protein had been killed twice!! Both steak and chicken dishes were disappointing, tough and dry. Unfortunately you missed the bar.

It's a perfect place for especially for special event, the food is always the best, plus they change the menu every few months. You do have pay more, but as the old saying goes you get what you pay for,

Our 1st time here, absolutely 15/10!! The service is the best we've experienced at a restaurant & the food was beyond beautiful. Not really good , The steak was well-cooked and had a burnt smell, and when asked the waiter about this, she said it was normal. I'm so flustered...it's not the case with steaks from so many places. Only go once without looking back.the environment is only one nice things.

Quite styles restaurant, attentive waiters was served by everyone on the floor. Polite and friendly know the menu. Had the Tomato Rosso with tiger prawns, entree very well done, the sticky date pudding with ice cream and shanty cream.

This is quite a late post...
Last Tuesday, my super friends and I finally had the chance to have a catch-up dinner. First time for us three to dine in Empire Grill. We weren't sure if reservations were required but we just walked in, luckily there's not much people that night. Not quite sure if there's parking available at the back but we managed to get parking by the streets. I haven't been to a lot of fine dining restaurants, but I think it is to expect that the lighting would be a bit mellow. I'd say it's appropriate to set the mood to relax and just enjoy the night

The Empire Grill is a well frequented fine dining like restaurant in the heart of Geelong.

It is the venue of choice for business lunches and is as equally popular at dinner.

Service is professional, patient and attentive.

Menu options and prices are consistent with what you would see in Melbourne. The exception being the set lunch menu which is absolutely sensational value. 2 courses for $25 or 3 courses for $35. I have had this deal on several occasions and it never disappoints. Food is modern Australian.

The decor in the restaurant is in need of modernisation, it feels a little heavy
