The service was a bit poor here, no water offered, plates left on table for ages, not offered dessert menu, not that friendly etc. Food was mostly good but we felt it was a bit over priced. My sister loved her vegan cauliflower pieces and the desserts. I had the vegan curry it was ok not amazing.my mum had pumpkin risotto and also felt it was good but not amazing in comparison to others. I think we had really high expectations for this place so were a bit disappointed. Seafood options looked good so would maybe be best if you are eating seafood. Location is great and need to take into account staffing

They had limited staff and tables when we dropped by for a coffee and a quick bite while we were at the Steampacket Market on January 2nd. We were served quickly (even though they warned us when they seated us that there could be delays) and the coffee and warmed muffin were really tasty when they arrived. I've had varied experiences here from very poor to very good. This was a really nice and enjoyable experience and I'm looking forward to visiting again.

Arrived at 8pm, still hadn’t had our order taken by 8:40. Went to the bar to order and was told to return to our table and wait. After ordering realised we were charged a $13 surcharge. When the food arrived… risotto was bland, steak was well under cooked for medium-well done. Quite disappointing as we have dined here before and the food & service was much better.

Worst bar in geelong, Had security guard #51 at the door deny entry due to phone being flat although trying to ask for chargers etc. Simultaneously while letting in at least 2 people without proof of vax and I know this because I was with them. First bucks party and first time out in years and spent 3 hours on the gutter hoping someone would have a charger or something. Also wasn't wearing face mask over face or mouth and was rude and handled me. Can't say alot about inside but highly DO NOT RECOMMEND

Sat outside and had the lemon pepper calamari salad, delish and would rate 5 stars except the calamari was only lukewarm and limp - sitting on the pass too long? Unlike others had no problem with the staff, friendly, attentive, helpful.
Service times need to be sorted out though, booked a breakfast table for 11:30, when we arrived were given a lunch menu and told we would have to wait until 12:00 before they would take our food order. In the end we got our coffee quickly and our order was taken around 11:50. If you're going to accept breakfast bookings until 11:30, do it.

Fantastic place to enjoy lunch on a Sunday afternoon. Ordered the 3 for $33 Tapas, including Pork Belly, Pumpkin & Mozzarella Arancini balls and Spicy Fajitas. Delicious pork, tender and full of flavour served on pureéd peas 😋😋 Cheesy balls with good crumb and tasty aioli 👍 Fajita mix was sweet and spicy, fresh tasty bean salad and warm and super soft tortillas 🤟 Sticky date was luxurious and accompanied by a gorgeous butterscotch sauce and ice cream 😋😋 Service was attentive and prompt, affordable prices, good variety of dishes will definitely will be back again!!!

Location; fabulous spot, was greeted by a lovely guy. Shame our table was dirty from the last booking, but that happens at a booked out location.
Drinks - large selection & cocktails were delicious & quick to arrive.
Main - risotto was surprisingly fresh, not heavy, & very tasty. Parma was massive!!
Dessert - peanut butter chocolate cheesecake. The top part of cream, chocolate soil and chocolate sauce was ok, but the actual "peanut butter cheesecake" part was inedible - was so salty neither of us could eat it.
Service- apart from the initial, was not the best. Nobody cleared the table from

Good setting and layout.
Bit noisy from the music so if you want to converse, sit away.
They take orders from your table but took our group 35-40 mins to get someone to take our order.
Once ordered, food delivered fairly fast.
I had chicken parmigiana but wasn't that flash. Small size and well cooked to a crisp on top and bottom.
Small wedges size is just that - small.
My friends enjoyed their food though and rate the place.
My first time there, not rushing back.

The highlight of this place is the location...there is no place better on a bright, sunny day. The food is fairly typical for a bar/pub, good without being anything special. Plenty of beer and wine options and the outdoor area down the side has been a fantastic addition. Great place for groups and popular with locals on a Friday and Saturday night...and the Sunday recovery sessions are perfection.
