We rented a property from this agent. Spiro Deligiannis was property manager. This person is very professional, friendly and helpful. Whenever we need any help with the property, we knew that he is ready to help. They are fair for both owners and tenants. I got full refund of my bond money. I recommend to everyone who wants to rent.

One star rating is a way more than this Agency deserves. Have to be the worst Agency, when it comes to placing their advertising material in letterboxes time and time again, that clearly state NO JUNK MAIL ! When is your Agency going to stop placing junk mail where it is clearly not wanted and I am not the only one that has complained about your Agency and in particular your foul mouthed language that of all people Agent Paul has resorted to using when asked to stop placing junk mail in letterboxes.

So this is what happened. We have been looking to rent a place in Sydney and have been trying to contact the agent responsible for 3 business days. Eventually my wife gets hold of the another agent and he informs us that there is inspection, come inspect today. Left my 12 month old with someone so I could get out of the house and inspect the property. In the evening when I contact the agent to find out about the application form, they inform my wife it is leased. If the property was leased already why waste someones time especially during covid and get them out to inspect and late say it is leased

Mint Property Agents have been managing our property for a number of years now, and we have never had any problems whatsoever. Have never needed to ask for anything twice, and always prompt responses. Angelica has been an absolute star! Incredibly efficient at everything she does. I haven't had other property managers, but I would be willing to bet a large sum of money that few would be able to do a better job.
