Asked for an agent to call me back. She did the next day but sounded very unhappy about it. When I inquired about a property in Strathfield she just sighed and gave a description which sounded like she was trying to put me off the property?
When i asked about allowing pets at the property she said yes yes yes, and then asked me to repeat my question before saying "no absolutely not!" showing that she wasn't even listening to me the first time. I asked whether she could ask the owner and she pretty much said no pets as there isn't really a yard and theres children next door.. which is not relevant

Very arrogant and pathetic approach to tenants. The property I rented at Raymond Street, Bankstown flooded and it took three months for the landlord to fix it. We stayed in partly water logged apartment for 3 months as we had no option to move out. Very difficult to get in touch with and never replies on time. Even after all this, they charged money form my bond to clean the flooded house as if the water leak inside the bathroom wall was my mistake- how ridiculous ..Avoid by all means if possible.

I wrote this review in order to help others before making a right decision even though I'm still upset what is happening with us during dealing with FNJJC (FirstNationalJJCrawford).
This is our 1st investment whic is still baby in the real estate world.
The 1st year been handled with James P, everything it's ok no problem at all.
The problem start when the 2nd tenant is applied to our unit (beware with this name RAJU HOSEN NURI & REZWANA HAQUE) and our property manager is RB.
Sign of trouble for paying rent its show on the 4th months.
