Dr. Kenneth is one of the best dentist I have ever been to in Australia. He’s friendly and professional. I really appreciate his explanation which was very thorough and clear unlike the previous dentists I have been to. The TV mounted on the wall was a nice touch which kept me calm and distracted during the procedures. Would highly recommend anyone looking for a professional dentist to look after them.

Below was written about how I felt at the time being treated the way I did.
The dental clinic had been trying to contact me to offer their apologies and to find out what went wrong and how it could have been better?
After a long talk to the Clinic Manager and the fact that, that particular dentist is now gone, I received a heartfelt appology.
Therefore I am changing my score slightly.
I still can't give them a 5 star rating but I will add a few extra.
I disliked this Dental Clinic for 3 reasons. Two of these being very good reasons why.
