I didn't have any problem or issues what everyone commented here.
the room was bigger then I expected and clean. a standing light was broken but I really didn't care. the swimming pool was great, especially the slide!!! my kid has never get board.
I paid $99 for one night came with a 2-4-1 breakfast voucher(I think it's only for local) great
deal!!!

Overall it was fair for the price, the only issues we had were the LED aircon control, sometimes it was very bright and wouldn't turn off when sleeping, we asked one of the receptionist to book the room service for us and she didn't book, we stayed there for 5 days and our room was cleaned only once. Staff is friendly, specially Kenji, he was 10/10 and we hope he keeps the job.

So, the room was great. Really good value. However, upon check-in I enquired of the restaurant. I was told it was only open for breakfast, which was buffet. I asked if I needed to book. I was told no, just go to restaurant between 7 and 10. I went down to the restaurant at 8, it was not operating.Im not impressed. As the website advertises bar and restaurant, neither were operational.

Stayed here last year and loved it! The staff were so incredibly nice snd helpful. The room was clean and felt comfortable. Easy to get a car park but it wasn’t too busy when we went. The pool was so good and the slide was a fun feature. A little bit of a walk to food and the beach but overall was amazing!

We booked this using our Qantas points so basically it was free. Would I have paid to stay here? No way.
The room was very dark. Air conditioning was great but the ducted air con vents were filthy. Luckily we only stayed one night.
The outdoor area was not very nice. Dry and brown lawn.
Actually I have to say that Palm Cove in general is over rated.

DO NOT STAY! heaps of mould everywhere on roof, shower curtains , phone provided , air con vents… did not even have a fire alarm in the room . Parking is very hard to find as they do not have enough for the amount of rooms they have. there is rust in the bathroom falling off and on the balcony. They didn’t even provide blankets and when asked for some it took them over an hour . did not even provide complimentary milk. The staff where very nice and welcoming but that’s about it that was good

If there is zero star option here I will chose that. This hotel is horrible! Very rude staff from receptionist to housekeepers, I checked in with my kids, waiting our room to be ready for more than an hour, receptionist said our room ready by 2pm she gave our key and when we reached our room housekeeper is there and room is not ready, she is so mad why we are there and swearing infront of my kids, my kids was shook when they hear that, I went back to receptionist and I told her I wanted to speak to a manager and she said she is the manager, she didn’t even bothered to my complaints, she just

Stayed at this resort for 8 nights. It was a very pleasant experience.
It does not pretend to be anything that it isn’t. Simple, homely, practical.
Only thing I wished they could add was shelves in the cupboards in the rooms, and to open a Restaurant and the Bar.
The rooms were reasonable. Breakfast was fine (was included in my room rate). Ultimately, it was good value.
Location was about 500 meters away from the Esplanade and the restaurants and Cafes located there.
Staff was always pleasant and helpful.

We had a delightful 8 night stay and for a 4 star hotel it was great.
The cleaning staff were excellent as was the man in charge of the breakfast area. The rooms were clean and recently upgraded. Only negative - because the shower is over the bath, we felt that grab handles would have been a good idea, and perhaps an extra person working in the garden to keep it looking pristine. Also the maintenance man who kept the pool area, etc looking good was very friendly and did an amazing job. Thank you
