Fiston and ClearSight team are fantastic, we got married a few days ago however thanks to COVID our wedding date got moved twice , Fiston was so helpful and flexible getting new dates arranged, and really put our mind at ease. The pre-wedding meeting was great and he had lots of ideas and example pictures, which again took away a lot of stress as we knew they'd do a good job. On the day of the wedding our photographer Fiston never missed a beat - he was friendly, upbeat and helpful, it was clear he was really passionate about doing a good job. Overall they provide a good service., but lacking content quality when it comes to editing.
As a company you need to know the important parts of an event you are filming . My video that I received lacked cutting the cake and first dance. Those are the main parts of a wedding and was disappointed to find out it was included. It was not enough that they had lost my ceremony entrance.
An improvement is still needed for filming a big wedding. I would not recommend them if you have a big event.
