Came last weekend and service was mediocre. Long wait times, but gave this another chance because we came without a reservation last time. We reserved for Sunday jazz until 1pm. We arrived at 12:30. Ordered iced mocha, a scone with jam and cream, and Reef and Beef. The scone came quick this time hot and was good, a little dry. Then service just went south. Mocha was spilled all over the glass and couldn't drink without getting coffee all over our hands. The jazz stopped 15 minutes to 1pm. The reef and beef was disappointing. Beef was ok but lukewarm, given 2 scrawny prawns, 2 even smaller scallops

We live on the Bayside of Brisbane and whenever we are in Ipswich Fourthchild is our favourite place to go. Highly recommended for breakfast, lunch or dinner and coffee/tea and delicious cakes , cheesecakes and slices. Management and staff are pleasant and very welcoming.

Dont bother , burnt over oily chips , lemon flavor in the chicken and avo toasty (taste is over powering) and for a serve of chips , 2 toasty and a cappuccino was $38.
Will not be coming back or recommending them.

Service was prompt & friendly. Despite the lack of air conditioning, my table was cool, even on a hot day.
I ordered the Rib Fillet Steak Sandwich, which was tender, juicy without being messy and balanced of flavour.
I recommend anyone looking for somewhere with some class to try Fourthchild Café.

Nice restaurant in Ipswich, eclectic decor but great vibes. Very friendly waitstaff and great ambience. Had the Rösti stack while my colleague had the tandoori burger. Pricing is reasonable for the amount of food. Bacon was slightly over cooked but still good.
