It took a while but the result is all worth it. We love our new kitchen! We wanted to make our new kitchen to match the style of our house - which is Tuscan. From the first visit of Impala designer, Andrew, we felt listened to. His proposed design of our kitchen exceeded our expectations ! We didn’t know that we can have so much space in our kitchen! The layout is both functional and elegant- he even managed to fit in a small butlers kitchen/ walk-in pantry .
During construction all tradesmen were highly skilled and this includes the workshop staff. I wanted to have a traditional/fancy shape

We have had both a kitchen and an en-suite bathroom plus walk in wardrobe renovated by Impala.
In both cases we were very happy with the results. Both jobs resulted in rooms that are much more functional and attractive than before, so credit to the designers.
During the most recent job, the bathroom, we were very impressed by the diligence and attention to detail by the supervisor Robert Aguizzerabal (apologies for the poor spelling!).
The only real issue is that the cabinetry section could be improved. With both the kitchen and bathroom some of the cabinets had problems at first which had to

I had my fabulous new kitchen put in July 2017. I absolutely love it!! But I must say that the whole experience was fabulous. Joel designed the kitchen and instead of dismissing the things I wanted he was ever patient and did countless plans, without any hesitation, to make sure I got all the things I wanted. He thought of things like the height of the oven and microwave because I am short too. Every step of the process was fabulous because all the men such as the check measurer, the site manager, the stone mason, the plumber, electrician, builder (because we moved a wall) and the carpenters were

Great customer service from all involved with the project. It has been a pleasure dealing with the entire team. They are a well organised team that have delivered beyond expectations. We were very impressed with Cara Stepin attention to detail, ideas on the design and ability to work within our brief. Also our installer is a real asset to the company. Douggie took great care while installing the kitchen with everything precisely installed within the millimeter. He left the site clean and tidy every time, which is very rare with a lot of tradesmen. The after sales support has also been fantastic

We recently had Impala redesign and install our Kitchen, bathroom and ensuite. The end result is fantastic and we are really pleased. The personal in home design service impressed from the start and was the reason we chose Impala ahead of other companies.
There were some challenges throughout the process however these were well managed and rectified to our satisfaction. Their commitment to a professional finish is what impressed us the most - small things that others may have let go were fixed.

Impala recently built a new kitchen, walk in wardrobe and linen cupboard as part of a major rebuild of our house. The finished product is of a very high quality. The talking point is the kitchen which is fantastic and everyone who has seen it has been blown away with the design, quality and finish.
