Travis has been a personal trainer for 9 years and he has loved every minute of it. Helping people effectively achieve their fitness goals, whether it be one-on-one in the gym, through group training or online. Personal training is Travis' true passion in life.
With experience in top level sports as a competitor and coach, Travis has developed effective training techniques for improving the strength and athleticism of his clients to improve all facets of their lives.Fern is the 2012 state fitness and sport model champion in the INBA and WFF federations, and has also represented Australia in Powerlifting.

The MPT crew have over 40 years of combined expertise in the fitness industry. Hundreds of peoples' lives have been transformed from our tutelage and support. Our goal is simple; to get you in THE BEST shape of your life. Be it losing 5 kilograms, shaping up for an event, running a marathon or stepping on stage.
If you are new to exercise, having trouble reaching your training goals or have reached a plateau in your fitness level, personal training is a great way to take your fitness to the next level. A basic strength and cardio test will be conducted at the start of your training, and re-evaluated on a regular basis.
This is our ultimate program. Our one on one sessions are programmed to suit individual needs and our highly skilled trainers will ensure you receive 100% attention for the entire session. Sessions will be tailored dependant on your goals and needs; it is here where we make all your fitness dreams a reality.
Our semi private personal training sessions are designed to help you decrease body fat, increase your lean muscle and have you burning body fat (even when you sleep). Individualised training programming for the entire week (even if you only see us once or twice a week). Tailored to cater to all levels of fitness/past resistance training experience and can even work around those with injuries.

The team and MPT are, without exaggeration, amazing!! Extremely knowledgeable, they ensure that you are doing the exercises correctly and push you to your limits, but in the best way. A great range of memberships options, variety of classes, nutrition guidance and motivation. All bundled in with an awesome environment and fellow members. You won't walk out of a workout without a smile on your face (and a lot of sweat)

Absolutely love this gym! The trainers know everybody and are genuinely interested in how you are going, and how they can help in any way. The mix of group and semi-private sessions is appealing - the classes are varied and challenging without being daunting or competitive. I really enjoy attending as frequently as possible and MPT come highly recommended!

Have been here since Dec 2020 and have enjoyed it so much! The trainers are fabulous and love a chat, they are so happy to help you in any way they can and will take time tp sot with you! I have also really appreciated the support out of the gym and throughout lockdowns!

Trainers are all fantastic. They know everyone’s name and know when you are slacking off too! The workouts are varied and even though we work hard we all have a laugh. You’ll see the same faces most days which is a testament too all the hard work Travis and Fern put into the gym.

Since joining MPT a few months ago I have absolutely loved it! The trainers are all amazing, super knowledgeable and very friendly. A lovely community of members too!
There is a great variety of classes as well as many different options depending on your budget.
I also love how they are able to adapt any workout if you have an injury.

MPT Transformations is fantastic. It has definitely changed our lives for the better. After starting there over 3 years ago doing a 28 day challenge we were hooked instantly. From the variety of classes to the amazing trainers who work so closely with you to make sure we get the most of every class.
One of my favourite things about MPT is how family friendly they are. Their Mums & Bubs classes are the best.
I recommend MPT to anyone looking for a more personal training studio feel rather than feeling like little fish in a big loud gym.

My experience at MPT has been awesome. All the trainers go above and beyond to help you reach your goals no matter what level you are or want to reach. They have such a wealth of knowledge not only for the sessions they plan but about nutrition which they share on a regular basis. Their Facebook page has endless recipes and ideas to help you along the way. And above all the results speak for themselves. Way better than a regular gym in my opinion! I would happily recommend, and have done, to my family and friends.
