I came in with a recently purchased second hand VW which had an engine problem. The check engine light had been reflecting and the previous owner had given up after not being able to solve the problem with other mechanics. I took it to James (first time ever going to PQ Automotive), and he was very diligent and professional with his work. He was able to fix the problem and was great at communicating with me throughout the process. Very reliable and efficient!!

Perfect serving! Very happy ! Cost much less than Merc dealership and even cheaper than their own original quote due to brakes pads No need to be changed! Thanks guys and a big thank you from my wife too , she can’t smell the old burned plastic water reservoir anymore , it’s now a brand new stainless steel one :)

James and the team went over and above when we had our Audi serviced here. We weren't able to supply the lock nuts to remove the wheels and he arranged a contact to stop by after hours to help him remove them and even supplied a loan car overnight when he certainly wasn't obligated to.
They come across as really honest, helpful and transparent in our experience and we would not hesitate to recommend them.

James and the team are simply awesome. They fixed a problem with my Peugeot plus and oil change for $1400 less than 2 other garages wanted to charge for labour and parts.
Beyond that though is the quality of service and genuine care. These are real car guys who genuine care about what leaves their premises. I will be using them from now on
