In 1975, Ralph Frustaci began his career training with Volkswagens and in just 10 years he became a highly sought after senior mechanic at a noteable Sydney based Service Centre. In 1985 he began Reliable automotive Services, initially specialising in european car market and eventually becoming an expert in servicing all makes and models of vehicles.

What a great bunch of guys, not only did they do a great job work wise, they were considerate of the costs. Conscientious of informing me of time and associated costs! I didn't have to worry about the bill inflating without my approval. They even have had the car given a good clean up as well. I, especially as an older gent appreciated the seriousness and care they all took in regards to covid-19 precautions.
My vw is a diesel and turbo and they didn't even blink at the job.

They were able to replace my rear brakes (pads and rotors) on the day I rang them. All interactions were friendly and accurate. Due to my timing I had to wait a while in the terrific Woodpecker Coffee shop next door.
