I just wanted you to know how thankful I am that I finally found the courage to book an appointment to see you. Words can not even describe the change and impact your hypnotherapy sessions have had on me and my life. For years I have been living in a state of fear and emergency! This was having a huge impact on my relationships and the way I felt everyday.
Most of us have habitual behaviours that we subconsciously indulge without much thought. We carry on with the behaviour not really considering any long term negative effects. But hang on a minute surely not all habitual behaviours are bad for us. Well perhaps, it depends on how often we do it and for how long.
Depression is a debilitating emotional problem which can create lethargy, negative thoughts, isolation and a lack of hope. Sometimes it can feel as if something has a hold of you and you don't know how to shake it off. It can feel like a huge dark cloud has consumed you and you can not see clearly from the fog, with your thoughts turning to sadness, hopelessness and despair.
Underlying fears which we often refer to as worry or concern that are felt each and every day become debilitating physically, mentally and emotionally. Our autonomic nervous system is set up to protect us from immediate danger. For example you are out on safari and a wild tiger comes into your view.
A phobia is an excessive fear of a certain object or situation that leads to a compelling need to avoid it. This fear naturally can have a domino effect where it starts to create problems in certain areas of your life. For example imagine being fearful of flying. You have just obtained your dream job and it requires you to fly interstate every now and then.

Lee-Anne was awesome. I'd noticed I'd been doing some self sabotage in relationships so went to see her. She took the time to go through my whole history to find the root cause of the issue, and solved that. The setup she has there makes the whole experience relaxed, safe and extremely professional. Fantastic :)

I have been going to Mindful Health for the past 14 weeks for hypnotherapy sessions to help me manage issues with physical pain and other stresses.
I have started to experience subtle changes. My outlook on life is now more positive. I am not so reactive and I am calmer. My pain has not gone away altogether, but I am able to manage it much better.
