I came back from 2018 , i wanted to give my review to you. That im still hurt until now . Lost my bond almost $3000 . I did my best maintain the house , even every inspection always comes with great result. At the end u ripped all my money that time i was struggling. I asked for the receipt and you cant even provide all of them and i have to wait 1 months for the receipt and when i checked it, it was made from 2 days before you gave me the receipt which is so fishy.
Actually i dont want to write this , but feel so hurt because i lost all the bond because of stupid thing! You said curtain was dirty

If I could give a less then 1 star review I would. In my opinion Perly from PM Realty is one of the worst real estate agents I have ever dealt with. Perly was very helpful and communicated a lot before we put our deposit down but that’s where the communication stopped. We were sold an off the plan townhouse in 2016 with the assurance it would be built by early 2017 (also advertised on their real estate listing) but the townhouse did not get finished until August 2019. (2.5 years over due!)
Perly would constantly ignore us and lie when we asked for updates on the delay and was very fast to blame

Perly and her team at PM Realty are exceptional at what they do. We have been renting out our apartment with them for over a year and they always go above and beyond with any request. Communication has been so easy and they really care about their customers instead of just $ and getting a large number of properties they can't manage like so many of the other agencies I have dealt with.

Perly is professional and knowing the property market. She uses the right marketing strategy and sells our property in a reasonable short time without sacrificing on price, actually much more than our expectation. Her fees are also very reasonable. She provides the same service, but charges much less than those big agents. Considering the current market, she did an awesome job and I would recommend her to anyone who wants to sell property in Sydney.
