I reached out to Evgeni who was incredibly responsive and professional.
The process of moving interstate is quite stressful but having the peace of mind that calls /emails will be answered, alleviates a lot of pressure.
Even with little to no notice, he was willing to assist where he could.
I have dealt with numerous real estate agents but very few with such great service.
100% would recommend to anyone who is looking for a professional and empathetic real estate agent.

I couldn't recommend YNM highly enough. Evgeni managed the last property we rented and he was a real joy to deal with. A few issues arose after we moved into the property and I was really impressed with the responsiveness and professionalism that he displayed when dealing with these issues. I would jump at the chance to lease a property from Evgeni and his team again and would highly recommend YNM to manage any investment properties that you may have anywhere in Australia. Excellent customer service.
