Sale by private treaty involves the establishment of an asking price at the beginning of a campaign. It is best employed when there is little room for upward price negotiation, such as in an apartment complex where there are many similar properties available.

Highly recommend the team at Agency by Glenn Reagan. I recently leased a property through them. Due to COVID-19 there were some bumps in the road, which meant I could no longer continue my lease. Glenn was extremely compassionate and was able to liaise with the owner to find a reasonable solution for both parties. I can't speak highly enough of Glenn, he is very professional, he communicates promptly but also respectfully. He is also very personal and has a genuine character. I would lease through the agency again. It's unfortunate I had to end my lease with them, as they have been a great agency

Glen and his team provide excellent management of my investment property. They are responsive, courteous and extremely professional. In addition, they are extremely knowledgeable about what the market is doing and have always had great relationships with my tenants. I would not hesitate recommending them to others.

I’ve rented 1 bedroom apartment with Agency by Glenn Regan for more than one year and I must say that I received great service from them all throughout. Janet has been very helpful to all of my requests with regards to maintenance issues which were solved efficiently. She replies to my emails promptly and always willing to help. Highly recommended real estate!

I started using Agency by Glenn Regan for the past 18 months and now they manage my two investment properties and one of my sisters. Their service from initial contact with Glen to their ongoing management has been impeccable. Recently (May 2020) they started managing my property in Newtown, it took from advertising, open house to contract 3 days. They have always exceeded my expectations from rental price, tenant selection to managing the property. I would highly recommend the Agency by Glenn Regan.

The team at Glenn Regan are extremely professional and truely care about their landlords as well as tenants. As a tenant myself in one of their managed properties they have always respected that the property my family reside in is our home. Janet has been our property manager during our tenancy - she is extremely diligent, organised and has approached every corespondents with warmth and absolute care. Glenn and Dante stood by me each step of the way, managing my expectations as this process was new to me and giving me great advice. Disappointed with our overall dealings with this agency, in particular the office manager. Her attitude is polite when signing up for a tenancy, when we had to end our tenancy early she became obtrusive to the process. Had to speak with fair trading a few times to get guidance on our rights as tenants, as she was being obstructive and resistive to the exist process. we were fair & gave 2 mths notice, paid the break fee + we did everything by the book. Can't say they did.
