I was supposed to stay here with my husband for a wedding. I booked months in advance, as soon as I had been given the wedding date. The day before the wedding he calls me and says I can’t stay there… tries to tell me some nonsense about covid close contacts (was not making a shred of sense) I pressed him and said ok are you trying to say there’s someone staying there that’s a close contact? Or that one of your staff are close contacts? He says no no nothing confirmed but we are just taking the precaution so can you please cancel your booking and stay elsewhere… I said have you contacted

Booked a room, checked in, saw the room and went back to reception and asked for my booking to be canceled. The room was reeking of cigarette smoke, the lock on the bathroom door had been busted out, window was open and wouldn’t close and a guy on a mini excavator was outside the room breaking up rocks. I wasn’t going to stay. Do yourself a favour and don’t book here.

Room was clean and tidy. However. Service was appalling. I stayed 2 nights with my son 1 and daughter 14. The room only came with 2 towels. No information sheet about contact numbers if you need help, or wifi password ect. No breaky menu, or even any mention about breakfast if it was on offer. No sign provided to ask for room to be refreshed. We went out for the day, came back at 930pm expecting beds made, bins changed and some fresh towels...nothing was done. I had to walk to reception in the dark to ask for towels. I dont think i will spend the $350 here again...
