At Cross Road Dental, we provide dental care for children of all ages, starting from when they are 6 months old. We strive to create a comfortable and warm environment where children do not feel threatened and are not afraid of the dentist. Our dentists help children also participate in their oral hygiene, and make them aware of what is going on so they are not apprehensive about any treatment or procedure.

Belittling, disrespectful, rude and abhorrently unprofessional front reception staff.. I called CRDC with an urgent dental problem informing the reception staff that I needed to speak with Christine Brzezniak (CRDC owner).. I was informed that Christine was unavailable and therefore I requested to leave a message for Christine as a matter of urgency..
After 2 days I called back and asked if Christine was available however I was yet again informed that she was unavailable.. I asked if my message had been given to Christine and I was further informed yes.. Another 2 days and still no contact from

I had a horrible experience with this clinic and DO NOT recommend it to anyone. Thought it is close to home, but the service is very disappointing.
Called them for my appointment earlier, was told it would be firstly dental check, then teeth hygiene straight after that. However, I was shocked that they didn't schedule hygienist for my teeth.
During the dental check, there was no explanation why the dentist did an expensive X-ray to me. I didn't expect to pay any gap due to we have free dental check and teeth hygiene twice a year through our health insurance. Under the same insurance policy, My

I attended the Clinic at 5pm 25/5/2021 having received a reminder on Friday 21/5/21 ( Very useful )
I had to wait less than 5 minutes GOLD
I had an appointment with the hygienist - I'm delighted to say that Christine was FABULOUS - she is informative without being condescending, she is diligent without being rushed, she is caring without being insincere.
She is what customer service in the health industry should be all about !
Quite simply - she is Brilliant at her job
