We are a locally owned and operated dental surgery. Many dental clinics around Australia are owned by corporate entities, some of which are insurance companies. Very often the name of the clinic that you have been attending remains the same but is sold to a corporate with the principal dentist becoming an employee of the corporate.
We are not a shopfront for a corporate. Whatever profits are made at our clinic, stay right here in Adelaide & are spent here, in fact even more so locally as Dr Zielinski lives in the area. Spending local is good for the local economy. Corporates are often based interstate & some are even foreign, so the profits are unlikely to stay here.

Here at Dr Zielinski & Associates, our experienced and professional team take great care in making sure our customers only receive the highest quality of expertise when it comes to looking after their teeth. We understand the importance of looking after you and your family's teeth and the importance of great dental hygiene.
The tooth is prepared by shaving off a minimal amount of tooth, in some cases nothing at all, and porcelain or composite bonded in place. Porcelain veneers are aesthetically superior to composite and require less maintenance long term. Composite veneers are done chair side are slightly cheaper not as durable as porcelain and need to be repolished on a regular basis to maintain lustre.

Update - Dental Excellence at Zielinski's again - the work was completed to perfection!

After receiving some what I now know to be shocking dental advise interstate which would have set me back thousands of dollars I am so thankful to have been told about Dr Zielinski. Unfortunately I trusted my previous dentist and was given terrible treatments and had wasted money and time going through procedures I shouldn't have! However now I see Marcin I couldn't be happier. He is a perfectionist which is what you want and should expect from your dentist. He is caring and full of knowledge. Thank you, it feels wonderful to be confident in my smile again.

Had a chipped front tooth and went to get it fixed. Everything was fine until I chomped down my jaw, not hard at all, and a little bit broke off again. Paid money for something that didn't even last a month. Then was "told" at the time by the dentist that it may or may not last long. Then was told on the phone by the receptionist that it may only last a day and you cant bite into food with your front teeth. I'm Bewildered. Offered no discounted rate to get it fixed either....

Best Dentist practice, with state of the art equipment and wonderful staff to assist and make it as comfortable as possible.
If your anxious this is the place to be, it is so calming and soothing whilst getting your teeth done. I myself suffer from anxiety and panic attacks and this has been such a good experience for me. Highly recommend this Dentist. The staff are pleasant and accommodating to what you need.

Please do yourself a favour. DO NOT GO TO THIS CLINIC!!!!, go somewhere else ! Very traumatic experience! Don’t get fooled by new facilities as it does not much the skills of the dentist, Rude too!
I had tooth extraction, sat there for more than an hour, dentist broke tooth to pieces. Not good in administering anaesthesia, normally pain is the last of my worry after tooth extraction as you will still have effect of anaesthesia, not with my experience with them. I was left with more pain compared to before I walk in. I was sent home without any script for pain management. I have to go back and

I have been a patient at Dr. Zielinski’s for the last 20 years. Recently, I moved interstate (to QLD) and have had experience poor quality work from other clinics and vowed to never stray away again. I now make the effort to travel to SA to have all my work done with Dr. Zielinski. I have had everything done, from having my wisdom teeth removed, getting the Zoom! Whitening treatment in the clinic, and even having the poor quality fillings left by other dentists repaired and fixed.
I have never liked going to the dentist as the experience has always frightened me, but I have always felt calm

I came to visit a couple of days ago, and i was pleasantly satisfied with their service. The staff were very bright and bubbly, they had a friendly and welcoming atmosphere which was better compared to other places I've visited. I went to visit the hygienist for a clean and was very happy with the work she produced. It left my mouth feeling clean and fresh. I would come back again, the money I paid was worth the price!! Good Job!

Hopeless teeth cleaning, wasted my money here and now have to go to another dentist to have it done properly. The hygienist was very pleasant however was all over the place, going back to areas multiple times. The area where i needed cleaning wasn't even done. I simply don't understand why it is so hard to do a proper teeth cleaning when that is all you do. Just another hopeless clinic, the search for a good clinic continues.
