NOTE: If you think your smoke detector is faulty, please ensure you have tried changing the battery first as this is a tenant responsibility. Hard-wired smoke detectors also have a battery back up that requires checking. NOTE : Most of our tradespeople work from 8:30am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday so if you would like to be home when they are coming, please ensure that you are available during those times.

You get what you pay for with property managers. The quality this crew brings to their service is worth exponentially more than the marginal additional cost relative to some of their competitors. The team know the area, know how to get properties rented with good quality folks and know how to communicate.

Absolutely appalling service - our offer on a house was accepted, it then took almost 2 months to have paperwork/contract etc put together (which included being yelled at on the phone when we called up to enquire about an update). The house was then taken off the market, after our offer was accepted in writing, due to the agents not complying with certain conditions on their contract with the land owners. When we tried to speak to a senior member of staff, I spoke with a disguistinly condescending man, who essentially told us "tough luck." Darcy was under-experienced and an extremely unprofessional

We moved into a property in Jan Juc, it took 8 months (12 month lease) to fix multiple issues - some things were never dealt with at all. We had to email, call, message and eventually visit the agency to get anything done (which still didn’t work sometimes). Enzina Crick-Alexander is by far the worst real estate agent we have ever encountered, we were forced to put in a formal complaint after she yelled at us on the phone. How did the manager handle that? Forwarded the complaint to her to deal with! Pathetic excuse for an estate agency.

5 star rating for Hayden as well as the property Manager - Emma Carletti, very professional service right from the get-go. Emma is very pro active in her approach, friendly and an absolute pleasure. I have never had to follow-up on any queries as she has always got back to me within an hour or two, tops!
