Only an hour's drive from Melbourne and located at the top of the Mornington Peninsula, Western Port Harbour Caravan Park was established during the 1990's. After a colourful past as the Yaringa Caravan Park, it was virtually rebuilt. This means that most of the park's facilities are comprehensive and well planned.

The park's location and its bushland setting appeal to the more mature aged resident and traveller and so it evolved with that theme in mind. A clean spacious amenities block, camp kitchen and grassed BBQ area are now all features of the park. These are all conveniently located close to our tourist sites.
Services
Whether you are looking for an overnight stop, holiday spot or long term accommodation, we may have something to meet your needs. Cancellations made more than one week prior to the booking date will incur a $30.00 administration cancellation fee. Cancellation giving less than one week's notice will incur forfeiture of the entire deposit.
There are hundreds of things to see and do on the Mornington Peninsula with many of them within 30 minutes drive from the park. The peninsula is home to many of Melbourne's best beaches. These range from safe bay beaches like Mornington, Dromana, Rosebud, and Sorrento to the ocean beaches of Sorrento, Rye and Gunnamatta.
Western Port Harbour Caravan Park offers 4 large, drive through caravan sites with garden hedging for privacy. Close to all our amenity facilities. Offering power, bore water and sullage points. Our Tent Sites are large grassed areas with hedging between sites with central water and sullage point. Close to the camp kitchen, amenities block and laundry.

Very difficult to book, told us they have to deep clean unit between customers but more like they clean once per year. Shower mist was so fine that I don't think water got below my knees before evaporating.

We had the pleasure of having to overstay and was looked after highly. We stayed for a month initially while the house getting finished built in the local area. We ended up a bit longer, the only place that accommodates dogs.
Is good, residents nice and generally all round cool place. Meet some awesome travellers.
Thanks for having us guys. Cute animals and great birds and wild life.
Hopefully, Captain Jacks that are recent does a unique ride down on a pushbike delivery to the park for life in residents.
Eggs were also on sale in the office.
Only negative, live in guys should have a work clothes

This caravan park is so beautiful that staying there feels like glamping. The showers and toilets are safe and super clean. Patches are very large, very green and have a rainwater tap and trash cans right there. It feels like the majority of residents is retired and lives there which makes this a quiet, friendly place. The whole campsite runs on rainwater but there are also drinking water taps around.

Very peaceful the only noise was that wildlife in the area which works great for me a camp kitchen with lots of character and everything that you need including a television if you want to watch the news catch up on what's going on in the world because you can very easily forget at this quiet relaxing place the showers are definitely one of the cleanest I've come across in staying at caravan parks just bring plenty of insect repellent for local mosquitoes and you're sure to have a lovely relaxing stay

Disappointed plenty of space to place someone in need in an unpowered place for a tent but not very obliging and no running water in the amenities for a day and a half whist I was in said tent for only 3 nights ten I had to leave for 1 night only to find they had double booked my 7 night stay so then only gave me another 3 nights as I said disappointed other wise a very nice setting.
