We stayed at CASABLANCA. The house is a beautiful house, but the management company (MPHA) are very unprofessional property managers, and are doing a great injustice to the property owners who entrust them to manage their investments.
We encountered a series of issues at the beginning and during our stay, but when we contacted MPHA, instead of resolving these they would either deflect the blame to others (cleaners, previous guests, and even us), not respond to our calls, or take a very long time in responding to messages. Its so disappointing to deal with rental businesses who seem to de-value the consumer relationship. These guys advertise properties through Airbnb and accept your bookings and money through the instant book function. And then cancel. The information that I was told about the cancellation was that the owners were selling the property and taking no more bookings post February. Yet the listing is still there with available dates and other bookings taken. The cost has also gone up.

****I have registered this business with Consumer Affairs Australia - If you have issues contact them as we have. It was NEVER about the money but about unethical business practices and the safety of my family.

I strongly urge you DO NOT book with Mornington peninsula holiday accommodation. They are incredibly unprofessional. We stayed at a property and were unfairly charged $325 for damage to the property which was a safety hazard to our children. The bond was deducted without any justification.
We have tried to call and email and repeatedly been ignored. Rod does NOT want to know about

I stayed at Barrima in Somers. I've stayed in many luxury holiday homes around the world but found this company the worst to deal with. Slow with communication, don't give you entire details about the property, non responsive or rude when your in the properties also. Bad bad bad customer service skills. For example, this home had barely any phone service and no 3G so you can't access the internet at all (horrible for those of us who still like to work while we are away!!).
