I would like to thank Eswa for the work he carried out on my ducted aircon system. The unit wasn't heating or cooling as there was a leak in the unit outside. All the refrigerant had escaped. It was a all day affair diagnosing, repairing and regassing the system. It was done very well, tested and the system came alive before the temp dropped in the evening! I was shown the problem and kept briefed on the next steps through out the day. Highly recommended.

Excellent communication, I organised to have several places serviced and they kept me informed through the whole process, told me when they were there, leaving and onto the next place, they also sent before and after pictures of each service which was great to see.
