Next-level professionalism and quality tradesmanship. From Dana being super fast with quotes and comms, to Jorge talking me through the installation and letting me know when they're about to drill as he knew we had a newborn. Zervin, George and Brandon installed our air-conditioner. They gave helpful recommendations for the position of the indoor and outdoor units, completed the job with a friendly can-do attitude and made sure we were happy with the end result. They were also quicker to source the specific Daikin model we wanted. Dana helped select the conduit colour for us, and it was a good match. No issues with running our ac, and easily made us forget the heatwave we just had. We called a company that had a huge number of 5 star reviews, but they failed on communication between team members, took up to a week to

Turned up on time. Installers George & Sunny did a perfect install including conduit & external work that could not have been neater; and individual new circuits for each unit. They were very nice to deal with too. Clearly good tradesmen that take pride in their work. Dana in the office who booked the job was awesome too. My two Daikin split systems have been working faultlessly for about two months now so all in all I’m really happy. I would recommend Integral without any reservations whatsoever (and I’m a bit of a perfectionist with high expectations). Five stars from me.
