Called PJM they were out the same afternoon. Peter called to confirm his arrival which was on time he was courteous and professional and explained everything he was doing and some maintenance tips. Reasonably priced received a seniors discount very happy with the service and can thoroughly recommend Peter and PJM.

Peter was polite and courteous. He provided an indicative quote and was very helpful over the phone. I booked the service and he advised he would be available the next day. He provided a time, and then a subsequent courtesy call advising that he was on his way. He was professional, efficient and very Covid-19 aware/safe. His technical experience was evident and he explained everything in detail. He did not push unnecessary products or work. His prices were very competitive. I would not hesitate to recommend Peter for your air conditioning needs.

We had a complicated issue, Peter gave us advice over the phone immediately, promptly came and sorted the problem and continued to answer any questions we had. Went above and beyond and it all cost less than the call out fees of other providers.

Peter was exceptional. Had a waterfall coming out of the split system onto the loungeroom furniture and carpet. Rang numerous companies yesterday afternoon and evening all to no avail. Tried one more at 8.00pm and it was PJM Air Conditioning. Peter listened to my issue, told me a price and fitted me in between clients this morning. He phoned when on the way, was very neat and tidy and left no mess. Price was as discussed and could take cards or cash. Most of all, he fixed what was a unusual installation placement of the outlet pipes and bingo, no more waterfall. Cannot recommend PJM Air Con enough
