Terrible service by the receptionist Maggie. She was rude, bossy and plain unprofessional. It is unacceptable to order and scold your client no matter the situation. I find it appalling that such behaviour is tolerated. To be fair, Mr Chua and the other lawyers are very friendly and professional. Highly recommend them but beware of the terrible service.
