A Great Impression for a Newbie
As a first time renter I much appreciated the friendly assistance and advice given me by WRE. The agent I dealt with was always courteous and helpful and seemed as happy for me as I was when my application was successful. She went out of her way to arrange things to suit my timetable, for which I was grateful and appreciative. I am very happy with the service provided.

The team at Wyndham real estate are such amazing, lovely people who truely go above and beyond for their clients. Marina was amazing at helping me secure my rental property, the whole entire process was so smooth and easy that I was surprised as I had completed most of it from the comfort of my computer. Overall such a great experience and shout out to Marina Falzon and and her team for their hard work on getting the whole process completed in a matter of days.

Good property manager
Wyndham Real Estate has been managing my rental property in Manor Lakes for the last 12 years and I found them to be a reliable agent who looks after the landlord's interests as well as the tenant's. All the tenants they have found for the property maintained the property well and paid on time. They do thorough background checks when selecting a tenant and do periodic inspections of the property.

He helped organise trades and styling before putting the property on the market, and was more than happy to let me organise my own repairs to help it all along as well.
Richard was able to negotiate between to different prospective buyers and ultimately push the sale through for a price that exceeded my expectations.

I have had the opportunity to deal with Richard Twice for my land and my dads land purchases which was a complex nomination purchase which he sorted with ease. My partner & I found a beautiful home though Richard in werribee. We went above and beyond to provide details and information that Richard had requested (eg: job contracts, rental reference, screenshot of centrelink payments, our income & screenshot of bank accounts to show our savings.) After going back and forth with Richard today he approved us… on the request we pay bond plus 6 months rent up front. not only do myself & partner think this is a ridiculous request, we have spoken to multiple real estate agents & they have also said THIS IS AN UNREALISTIC REQUEST OF MONEY
