Very unprofessional, unethical and unresponsive...
- Never got an SMS as promised to the lock box at the property
- Incorrect Key placed in the lock box at the property
- No one attends the call.. Had to arrange locksmith, plumber and pay extra waiting charges for the removalist
- Suddenly someone tries opening the Garage/door next day without any intimation assuming we are coming the next day
- Garbage left by previous tenants still there even after 30 days
- Ducted heating unrepaired for 30 days
- Bond not lodged even after 50 days
- More than 20 calls to the agent unattended

Never ever use the services from Ray White...
They put wrong key in the lock box when we moved from a different city. Had to wait couple of hours to get this sorted out. Water was leaking all over. My husband has to tun the valve ON and OFF to use the water.
House was renovated and some of the stuff was left in the house.
Had a nightmare when someone tried opening our garage door the next day when we are busy unpacking our stuff. My son is stiff afraid of this incident even today.
Garbage left by previous tenants still there even after complaining multiple times.

Great small team of people looking after my property. Amar and his team were very patient with us while this property went through some settlement issues. He was kind enough to meet us at the property and work with us on the best marketing package for our situation. The team have kept me up to date with everything from inspections to how my tenant is tracking, even willing to cover the cost of remarketing if tenant wasn’t found. It would have been nice to meet the property manager prior or even a quick phone call to introduce herself.
