We rent, since our lease was handed over to Sandra Sampson late last year, I have had no qualms getting repairs done around the house. Sandra responds within the day to emails and ensures work orders are put through asap. When speaking to Sandra on the phone, she is very polite and professional. We couldn't ask for a better property manager.

Guardian has been the manager of our property since we built the house. It has been tenanted 100% of the time with good quality tenants. We cannot praise them enough for the nearly eight years we have worked together. Nothing was ever too much trouble for the team and any repairs or challenges were attended to very quickly. We truly appreciate the wonderful work the team at Guardian has done in looking after the property. We have now sold the house. We highly recommend Guardian as your property manager of choice. I am only just about to start my tenancy with Guardian Property Springwood, but so far I have received amazing communication from Samantha regarding my application and any queries that I have had about the property. I have never received such detailed and professional service from a real estate before and it has really been a breath of fresh air.

Guardian Property in Brendale have been an absolute pleasure to deal with in all of my interactions with them, they were extremely quick to fix any issue, assist with any query and the application process and also the existing process due to moving overseas were seamless.
