Marshall White excels at what they do, this has been the most seemless rental experience we have had to date. Our property manager Anna was fantastic and always responsive. Could not recommended more for a stress-free Real Estate experience.

Every raining day, we have this waterfall in the bedroom.
I don't know what the property manager's duty when the tenant reports the problems of the property but no actions been done for a time being and no response at all.

Just a post of appreciation for Tatum Walsh who is always super responsive and just an all round lovely person! She hasn't been our Property Manager for all that long (before it was Anthony Wiseman who was equally as excellent), but in the short time I have known her she has always been quick with her replies to emails and just gets the job done. He worked so patiently and tirelessly to help me manage my tenant through covid rental delays and then arranging various trades to quickly prepare a rented property for sale. He attended to detail and went above and beyond assisting me. What service! I'd thoroughly recommend Peter and the whole Marshall White team who, because of Peter's efforts, I've entrusted to sell my property. It's really rare to see such a professional service ethic across a whole team.

Terrible My daughter was looking to buy a unit at Port Melbourne The sales people were a very nice Lady and a not so nice Salesman Wasted our time for about four weeks The lovely lady ended up leaving the company i think .The Salesman just rude and unhelpfull even to send a text one day saying to ring him .Come down off your high horses and have some respect ..We have since bought a unit from another Real Estate. Never to recommend Marshall White one...
