I called up to organise a private inspection. It said on real estate.com to call his phone number. So I did. I said “Hi John, I’m so sorry for it being out of hours, but I…” he cuts me off and rudely and angrily says “yeah me too!”. Mate if you didn’t want calls out of hours, don’t provide your mobile phone number as the only means of booking an inspection. I see why the low reviews exist. Real shame but I won’t be applying for that apartment.

We have been renting through John for a couple of years now. John has always been professional and caring. I have dealt with a number of real estate agents in the past who have come across as disingenuous but John is not like this at all. He has helped us find a great apartment and is always very willing to help with any questions or concerns we may have. I highly recommend John! No agent can compare to John. :)

Inspected, applied and approved for a property in a matter of days, simple like it should be. John and Judy go out of their way to make sure everything goes smoothly and being a smaller agency it is more personable to deal with. The staff are happy to promptly answer queries that any potential tenant/landlord would have.

Really the so called Director John itself is the rudest person I have ever come across. At first I thought may be because I'm Asian when I checked the reviews i understood it's not only me. My 3 yr old kid said "Hi" to him around 5-6 times and was expecting his answer back he didnt replied back at all. And the property I went to inspect I simply asked if it is negotiable he said Dont Apply no need at all i have other applications already if he had other applications why is the property still vacant around 2 months now. I mean is this the way to talk and it was not in a polite manner he said it

I haven't rented from these guys before but I've tried dealing with them in relation to a property they manage. John is unprofessional and a time waster. His clients property has a tree causing damage to mine and it's now 2 months and he's telling me rubbish stories about how he's organising someone but it's all just a waste of my time. Don't use these guys if you're looking to rent because I can't imagine they will be any better and looking at other reviews I get the sense I'm not the only person who has experienced the condescending rude behaviour of John, the owner.
