If yo are a tenant, this agency is purely a nightmare, their landlords are so nosy and will want to know what you are upto and who is visiting you and who stayed over last night and Adrian is absolutely not helpful at all.
I had to leave within 6 months due to a bad landlord who happened to put her son next door to keep eyes out on every tenants and was so not happy with this agency.

Been a client for several years now and have never had an issue. I’m a landlord and during this recent COVID crisis we had a couple of issues with a tenant which resulted in police being called and we later found out that our locks had been changed without our knowledge. The matter was resolved quickly and efficiently and I was always kept abreast of what was happening with my property.

I am absolutely appalled by the professionalism and manner of the agents from Matthew Iaco. I inspected a property that was completely falsely advertised. The agent was very rude and defensive when I informed her that the advertised images were not for the property in question. I then received abusive text messages from the agent. I informed Matthew about this and his response was I deserved it. Absolutely horrifying experience. Would NOT recommend this agency

Spent $1,000 on final cleaning, receipt provided to agent. Agent is still not happy with cleaning. Pointed out on the dusty blinds which were very filthy when I moved in and noted on condition report. They claim they didn’t even receive my returned condition report. When I showed them evidence of my email they couldn’t say anything.
I agreed to send cleaner back to re-attend for free. They refuse to provide access until I reminded them it’s been over 14 days since vacating. They then remembered to apply for VCAT hearings for bond.

How Matthew dealt with my situation during COVID-19 was terrible and totally unprofessional. He bullied and harassed me Via email due to me being stuck In Nz and not being able to make it back to move my things out of my apartment Due to COVID-19 and loosing my job. He did not show any understanding or compassion towards my situation and kicked up a huge fuss when I was asking him to arrange removal and disposal of my furniture.
